After eating for over 80 years (between the two of us), it recently dawned on us that we get an unexpected amount of pleasure out of food wrapped up in dough. Pretty much any kind of food[1] in pretty much any kind of dough.

We don’t have access to all the ingredients and equipment we could ever want to try to recreate the excellent dumplings of the world to have graced our palates, but we do the best we can.

1Not fish, though. Never fish. Well… maybe tuna from a can?
